Help a Tree Farmer in our community by Planting seedlings
Dedicated tree farmer Jerry McNulty needs our help!
This spring he ordered 1,700 seedlings and then took ill.
His farm is atop Balcony Hill in Aberdeen, OH, high above the Ohio River overlooking Maysville. We’ll be planting small bare rooted seedlings— No heavy lifting required!
Don’t worry if you can’t arrive at 9 or can only lend a hand for a short while. We always plant trees tag-team style, with friends coming & going throughout the day.
***Boots and gloves are recommended. Tools, lunch and drinks will be provided. ***
Working with private landowners produces our most successful plantings. And donations from grateful farmers help fund activities like the Free Tree Program!
